Garlic Minced Toasted (Domestic)

California grown garlic. Can be added directly to dishes like chili, soups, stews, casseroles, dressings, gravies, sauces and marinades, pickles and dressings. 1 fresh garlic clove = 1/2 teaspoon of garlic flakes. Rehydrate flakes first by first soaking them in cool water for 30 minutes. 

Available in 1/2 cup glass jar with shaker top.
